I tailor each of my sessions to the individual needs of my clients. They typically consist of a warm-up, cardio, weightlifting, and posture exercises. I use my extensive background in both personal training and martial arts to create engaging sessions that will get you into great shape, both physically and mentally.
With over 20 years of experience in martial arts (Muay Thai, MMA, Kickboxing), I often hold pads for clients who are interested. It's an excellent form of cardio and great for toning muscle. I've had many clients report that learning some martial arts/self-defense has also boosted their self-confidence.
I am also an ISSA certified nutrition specialist and can help you make simple substitutions in your diet for a healthier lifestyle.
