I’ve been a fitness professional since 2013. My first love is Pilates. I am also a certified personal trainer, specializing in corrective exercises. Practice makes perfect IF you practice perfectly=you’re in correct posture/alignment. I have structural issues myself(scoliosis and 2 bulging discs). I’m passionate about helping people maintain their health and fitness goals and or working towards them.
I’ve been a hypnotherapist since 2006. I still take on a few clients here and there. My focus is incorporating what I’ve learned about unconscious human behavior and applying that to help people with their fitness goals.
