Hi all!!

My name is Lynsey and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I am a mobile trainer. I train at clients homes, apartment gyms, outdoors or wherever and whenever works best for my clients. I typically serve Johnston and Wake Counties in NC. I live in Clayton, NC but travel all over. I have been training many years and I love what I do. This is not a job to me but a passion. After going through my own weight loss journey, I fell in love with living an active and healthy lifestyle.

I have trained 100s of clients over the years ranging in ages 8-90 yrs old. I have experience training clients who want to get in shape, couples looking to get fit together, athletes looking to try out for a team, people who have had strokes, heart attacks, prosthetic limbs, pregnancies, etc. I am here to help you out anyway I can!
