My name is Coach Storm, and I am proud to introduce myself as the owner and operator of two functional fitness gyms in South Florida. Our facilities cater to a diverse clientele, from beginners to experienced athletes.

At my gyms, we are passionate about coaching and helping our clients achieve their wellness goals. Our exceptional skills and expertise have earned us a stellar reputation, with over 800+ five-star ratings on Google and Facebook over the past 13 years.

I have a Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville, and my experience extends to collegiate sports, professional CrossFit, and USA Weightlifting, among others.
