Welcome to my profile! My name is Adrianna (Dri) Hernandez and I am a Personal Trainer and Women’s Health Coach located in the Arcadia Lite neighborhood of Phoenix (44th & Thomas just North of Target/Costco).
I began Personal Training back in 2016 while I was studying Exercise Science at Eastern Washington University, and have worked in the field for nearly a decade since. With experience in sports performance, physical therapy, corrective exercise, group fitness and total body transformations; I hold a broad range of knowledge to help you reach your goals and overcome whichever barriers are present.
Although most of my clients are women who are looking to gain strength and energy, improve their body composition, and adopt a healthier lifestyle, I do specialize in the following:

I believe in a whole health approach, meaning that I always work with clients to adopt sustainable training and nutrition habits that allow them to feel great from the inside out on a day-to-day basis. In the event that your journey does come with significant hurdles such as hormone imbalances or dietary restrictions, I have developed valuable resources and professional partnerships to aid in your health journey. I do everything in my power to help my clients move the needle towards their goals.
I offer various levels of training as it is my goal to have options for anyone looking to become healthier. For in person training, I take both one-on-one and small group clients. Small groups are held throughout the day (morning, mid-day and evening) and you may be working out with 1 to 5 other women. Small group clients can attend as many sessions as they would like for one flat and affordable rate per month. One-on-one sessions are scheduled with me at an agreed upon time. I recommend one-on-one training for anyone who may want/need extra attention, and for anyone who is on any sort of timeline (weddings, photo shoots, etc). I currently have availability to take new one-on-one clients during the 3pm and 5pm hour. I also offer custom online coaching.
As a new potential client, we'll schedule a 100% free, no-obligation training session and consultation. This is the perfect opportunity for me to have a thorough understanding of your wants and needs, obstacles that may interrupt your progress, and much more. In addition, you get to experience what I'm like as a person and trainer, and to ask any questions you may have about training moving forward.
