I only train at my home studio now at

this age. Retired from large clubs and enjoying retirement. The studio

is great with battle ropes, boxing, bikes,

weights of various types.

I no longer pay a cut to a club. I also

have more flexibility for u to reschedule

as I only take 3-4 clients.
