Do you want to workout but not sure where to begin or how? Are you intimidated by the weight room? Or maybe you workout but not sure if what you're doing is correct? My focus is not to just train you, but teach you. When you train properly, to standard, focusing on form, using the correct exercise you will learn how and why those muscles and your body develop becoming stronger, faster, leaner and without injury. My own experience came with trial and error, constantly learning, and experiencing my own injuries and learning from them. I spent 21 years in the Army, most of which as a Green Beret in Special Forces. It is a very rigorous and physically demanding occupation. I not only trained myself but I also trained other soldiers as an instructor and enjoy teaching and seeing the results from others.
