A healthy, active, and fulfilling lifestyle is not one that you dread or dislike.
Actually, leading a truly healthy life requires that you do not feel at dis-ease -- let alone consistently in response to your own lifestyle!
Whatever your goals, there are many efficient paths there that DO NOT require you wake up in the morning with a feeling of dread for the workout or the day!
The first thing I'm going to do is strip away all your limiting and negative beliefs about getting in shape, getting healthy, and improving yourself.
Living more-so in the way that we as humans are meant to, will instead have you jumping out of bed in the morning. It will make you come alive.
It will liberate you from much of the pain and ailment which results from living out of line with your biology and psyche, as is customary in our dysfunctional and diseased modern world.
Furthermore, it will bring you peace, clarity, strength, vitality, fulfillment -- and all the successes of a beautiful life which follow.
Wherever you're at physically and mentally, and whatever your goals -- weight loss, mental health, stress & anxiety management, allow me to guide you through a definitive, scientific, holistic, sustainable, and efficient path towards them.
I know what it's like to feel in pain -- I've felt anxious, depressed, and frankly, broken; a 95% dead miserable insomniac. I know what it's like to feel like such suffering is insurmountable -- I thought I was stuck with mine chronically. But I also know what it's like to prove myself foolishly wrong, and completely overcome the causes of my anguish in just a couple of months through the the seamless implementation and integration of holistic practices -- including exercise, stretching/yoga, breath work, cold exposure, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness practices, etc. into my lifestyle.
That was years back. The pain I used to feel each day is but a distant memory, the feeling of which I can no longer recreate.
With your commitment, I can and will help you do the same.
And like I said - wherever you're at. Maybe you're doin' just fine but just know there's more -- or maybe you're already flyin' high, and just want a little extra push. Whichever the case, I'm absolutely still your guy.

- Concrete morning/evening routine for setting Circadian Rhythm / internal clock / sleep schedule.
- Plans for increasing mental emotional clarity and peace through time offline and away from overstimulating environments / stimuli, as well as journaling, and other practices.
- Mindfulness techniques
WORKOUT SESSIONS:
-OUTDOOR NATURE SESSIONS on the beach or at one of the many surrounding nature parks! (Best for free calisthenics, weighted calisthenics, or cardio.) (Highly recommended)
-OUTDOOR kickboxing in the sand sessions on the punching bag at my house!
-Sessions at your home, LA Fitness, or potentially your preferred gym.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 years certified in-person personal trainer, over 35 successful long-term clients (and friends.)
-Completed various courses covering nutrition, maximizing muscle gain & weight loss.
-Authored a year-long research paper covering the topics of overstimulation and excess internet exposure, proper breathing, breathing pace and its immediate influence on the sympathetic nervous system, exercise, diet and nutrition, fasting, environmental toxins and their direct influence on dysfunction and disease, all of these topics as they are associated as causes of modern ailments, diseases, and mental illnesses, and all of these topics in consideration as lifestyle factors which can independently and collectively optimize health.
