It's not magic, it's fundamentals, discipline, and accountability over time. We are going to keep things simple, challenging, and hopefully fun. With certifications in Personal Training (CPT) and Nutrition Coaching with NASM, Life Coaching with IBCC, and over a decade as a Minister, I am here to help you live a healthy, holistic life. My services include in-person, online, or telephone sessions and text or email check-ins between sessions. I aim to help you feel confident about pursuing and maintaining your goals.
A little about me
Before serving in the military, I was a CPT through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. I have worked with LA Fitness, Camp Gladiator, and the YMCA, and I have done private personal training. In the military, I excelled as a leader among leaders, earning awards and recognition from peers, generals, the office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the President. Following the military, I earned 3 degrees in Psychology and Leadership. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership. As a minister for over a decade, I have served in volunteer and paid roles, in nearly every area of the church, including associate and lead pastoral roles. I am a Christian minister passionate about holistic health (social, spiritual, physical, and mental), Christlike leadership, and unity.
