My name’s Sierra Smith, and I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I’m a Phoenix-based trainer, getting to train clients all over the country!
I create customized workout and nutrition plans that are tailored to your goals, schedule, available equipment, and dietary preferences.
You’ll receive access to your client app where you'll have guided workouts with video demonstrations and step-by-step instructions. Every workout is tracked, and I’ll be there to check in and make changes if needed. You’ll also have 24/7 access to message me with any questions or requests.
I design 6, 8, and 12-week plans to help you build lasting habits. My goal is to teach you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle so you don’t always need a trainer—but if you enjoy having a personalized plan and someone keeping you accountable, I’m always here to continue coaching you!
