I specialize in run exercise for joggers, fun runners, and competitive athletes. Many run based injuries are from poor mechanics. My program is to help train the body to run at is highest efficiency. This will be achieved through drills, and work on the track. I ran track competitively from 1974 until 1992. From 1988 until 1991(800 meters)I trained with the Santa Monica Track Club under the tutelage of Merle McGee: Coach of Johnny Gray: American 800 record holder during that time. This has given me the unique ability to train a student in proper mechanics, and jog, and race efficiency. My main goal is to make you a better overall runner. I look forward to working with you?
