About

My name is Kaitlyn, and I am a private piano teacher with 15+ years of teaching experience. I teach in a private studio located in the Everett/Mukilteo area. I teach students of all ages. I have enjoyed playing the piano for church services, weddings and other events.

I love sharing my passion for music with my students. During lessons, we focus on basic fundamentals such as reading notes, rhythm, and technique; however, we also work on developing the ability to play with musical expression. I give my students a good foundation in music theory through weekly homework assignments in theory workbooks. My students perform in a recital each year to celebrate the progress they have made.
