I enjoy sharing all I've learned with a gentle approach and appropriate tempo to provide a pleasant learning experience. Students should be uniquely taught!
Psychological issues such as motivation, performance anxiety, etc. are addressed and suggestions are presented.
I've taught students of all ages for over 16 years. For those who are interested, I provide 2 recitals per year. The winter recital is held at the Sammins Center and the end of the school year recital is at Steinway Hall. They are both in Dallas. There is also the opportunity to be evaluated at National Piano Teachers Guild every year as well.
I also participated and judged in the National Federation of Music Clubs for twelve years.
I taught Kindermusik for 10 years.
It's very satisfying to watch students progress and see their excitment in new pieces they love!
I also LOVE putting a show together, so the formal holiday and end of the year theme recitals are always enjoyed by everyone!
