About

I am a classically trained pianist with a degree in Piano Performance and teach all levels, kindergarten through adult. Students can learn about music in general and piano in particular in a supportive and safe environment. Lessons cover technique, theory, and many different genre but are tailored to the student's level and learning ability.

I am an active member of MTNA, NCMTA, and RPTA and can enter competitive students in adjudicating events. Currently, I serve as the 1st Vice President of RPTA.

I am also a teacher to the hobby student who wants to play for their own personal enjoyment. I have 20+ years of teaching experience and am happy to provide references upon request. I offer online lessons, too.
