I take the time needed to ensure that your piano is well tuned, no short cuts. I always tune your piano to A440 or the requested pitch. No floating the pitch or tuning the piano to itself, wherever the pitch happens to be.

Appointments: I am available evenings and weekends if need be to meet your busy schedule.

I love the smile on the customer's face when they hear how their piano sounds when I'm done. It's great to see how pleased they are with their instrument. I even had one lady start to cry - I love it.
