I am a licensed Master plumber in the state of North Carolina. My hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday , however we do also take emergency calls such as burst pipes, whole house back ups, and lack of hot water to name a few . Im aware this may sound off putting to some but the less we can spend in marketing that doesn't actually result in work the better prices we are able to provide for actual customers. We are a mom and pop shop small enough to care , but big enough to get the job done . Typically we charge 75 $ come out which covers the majority of thumbtack fees and to pay a technician to drive out to the location. If we are allowed to continue after an estimate that fee gets credited twords the repair cost . We are honest reliable and transparent as you can see if youve gotten this far .
