We want our customers to have peace of mind when hiring R.TP. , that their plumbing issues will be resolved in a timely manner with honest up front pricing. We use a 2 hr window that gives you updates on the timing of arrival and when work is being completed.

The currently licensed state plumber will arrive during the window of:
The weekend or Mon thru Friday after hours
Emergency only that can be resolved that day(issues getting parts, volume of calls due to staffing, heavy equipment needed, or subcontractor service needed)
You will be notified 30 min of arrival by licensed plumber by txt and email unless specified differently by the customer preference ( this service maybe disabled anytime)
The email for recipients will also notify you of your arrival window and alerts by the company
All invoices is done paperless unless processing system is down.
