* We have a 50-point inspection sheet for all cleaning services to ensure your home, office, or restaurant is detailed and cleaned thoroughly!

* Please be aware that we will take before and after pictures. Also, all calls are recorded and thoroughly documented.
*Pricing is set and non-negotiable. Payments are made on the date of service, with NO exceptions. We charge by the hour. $80 per hour for power washing services, $60 for basic cleaning, $60 for move-in/out cleaning, and $90 per hour for deep cleaning.
*If you are unsatisfied with our services for any valid reason, please let us know within 24 hours. After 24 hours, refunds will NOT be issued. No exceptions.
* Our services and the above are listed in the quote that we send. Any extra services outside the quotation will be charged and expected to be paid on the date of service. WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE STRICTLY FOR THE SERVICES THAT ARE LISTED IN THE DETAILED QUOTE THAT YOU SIGN! We will NOT begin working without a signed quote.
