Today there is no need to worry about following people around with a camera and spend thousands of dollars. Why?
Because if you have connections at the app providers many times this data via correct channels is available for purchase. When you opt into the disclosures on things like instagram or TikTok / Snapchat you agree to allow them to disclose and use the data. It’s that simple. Connections. Sometimes it’s a phone call other times it’s a FOIA. It can be really that simple.
Why is a camera not needed in 2023?
Answer: Ring, traffic, highway, private businesses have cameras everywhere. Many times people will help a 3rd party if it’s a legitimate reasonable request.
