We have essentially two main services we offer.
1) Is a service for locating tenants (advertising, showings, background checks)
2) Is a property management service (rent collection, maintenance coordination, random inspections). When locating tenants, our company does all the advertising for an owner up front for free, including showings and background checks. If we are able to locate renters that you approve of, we take between 1-2 month's rent as a commission fee based on the length of lease that is signed. If there is any reason we do not find a renter or if you end up finding somebody on your own, we charge no fees and would just take down our listings. We then charge a flat fee of $99/month . Usually the first step in the process is a free property analysis that we offer. It is similar to an appraisal where I would have a leasing agent of ours schedule a time to come meet with you at the property to provide an estimate for rent and go through general details so you can decide if you'd like to work with us or not. The property does need to be owned at this point as well. We generally recommend this takes place around 90 days before you're considering renting the property out if possible.
