HOW IT WORKS:
The first step is for a Villazzo Villa Manager to visit your home and discuss the scope of what you require. Each month your property will be thoroughly checked and there is a long à la carte menu of
services for you to choose from. Villazzo Property Management is about much more than just managing your home. Our clients’ most frequent requests are listed overleaf but Villazzo prides itself on being able to solve any problem and supply any service to meet you demand.
We will then draw up a schedule of weekly/monthly work that will be carried out efficiently to the agreed costs, while utilizing the most UpToDate tools for Property Management. At any time you can talk to your Manager, adding or deleting any particular service either as a one-off or monthly task. Villazzo strongly believes in proactive management.
