Hello, as a real estate professional, I have been in the field for over 20years, starting with volunteering and building homes with Habitat for Humanity.
I decided to bring the knowledge and skills to the real estate field, obtained my real estate license and began serving the community.
I found my passion and excitement continues in the repairing, remodeling, and preservation of a home's value. Serving the community by adding value to homes, as well as adding value to an investors portfolio, increasing their profitability.
In addition, I have a background in estate planning, legal and financial sectors; therefore, understand the portfolio and business aspect of investing.
Combining all of this knowledge, I consult and assist with planning, acquiring, preserving, and maintaining many properties for my clients who are building, and/or reallocating, their portfolios, as well as assisting residential and commercial clients who are purchasing and selling real estate.
I offer a full-service real estate experience from credit repair, lender matching based on goals (BRRRR, fix and flips, home or business purchase, etc), home repairs and remodeling, negotiating, all the way to closing, and finally... the big move with our very own moving company, an added value service to clients who choose to work with us. Services also include house clean-outs and professional cleaning services.
My team of amazing talent involved in all of these areas, who truly make it happen, are knowledgeable, professional, and hold over 60 years of experience in real estate.
