Hello! Welcome! I am Theresa, the owner of Dream Host Hospitality, a service company that offers multiple real estate related services, all focused on your success in short-term, mid-term and long-term rental operations.
No matter if you are an existing or new real estate investor, I can guide you from the purchase of a property to opening your doors to a guest or tenant, as I am a Florida licensed Realtor.
For STR and MTR services, we are your “Co-Host” which allows you to operate your property passively/remotely or if you self-manage portions of your business on site, my team can fill in the gaps. We can also assist with the start-up process with furnishing and stocking assistance if needed. We make operating a furnished rental less stressful with amazing hospitality and competitive rates with no long-term contracts.
For LTR or long-term rental services, this consists of two levels of service. Level One starts with listing/marketing your property, securing a tenant with speedy online applications for screening, and the lease preparation with digital signatures. Finishing with the walk-through and tenant introduction to the property to prepare the tenant for your self-management. This service level is conducted under my Real Estate license (hat) with compensation paid to my broker with negotiable rates.
Level Two is our LTR Tenant Relations service which is an option that allows you, the owner/investor to focus on growing your portfolio instead of fielding maintenance calls or searching for rent payments. This service is different from full service property management, as we keep all rental funds from tenants flowing directly to you. This gives you full control of your property and no long-term contracts that are hard to break. Our services are billed monthly at rates that are suitable for this service level, with a simple service agreement with a 30 day cancellation.
