We ensure that the properties you manage are well-maintained and in good condition. This includes scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance, conducting regular property inspections, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of the tenants. We are responsible for managing the financial aspects of the properties, including budgeting, rent collection, and accounting. This involves keeping track of rental income and expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that rental payments are collected on time.It is your responsibility to ensure that the properties you manage comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This includes staying updated on landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, building codes, and other legal agreements. We are responsible for marketing the property, showing it to potential tenants, and screening applicants. This involves advertising available units, conducting tours, conducting background checks, and selecting qualified tenants. We also maintain accurate records and documentation related to the properties we manage. This includes lease agreements, move-in/move-out inspections, maintenance requests, and financial records.
