We will conduct thorough inspection of all new properties we on-board to make sure vacant units are made rent ready as soon as possible and there are no issues with occupied units. We will fix any issues identified during our initial inspection, and provide a welcome pack and in-person orientation for new tenants

- Leasing - We will market your property, qualify tenants, complete lease e-signing, and coordinate move-in for tenants.

- Ongoing management - Address any tenant issues, collect rents as they come due, inspect your property periodically, handle maintenance and repairs and proactively manage turnover. You will have peace of mind knowing we are taking good care of your investment.
