The founders Joe Kiser and Jason Fox have been friends for over 16 years. Both were born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Joe grew up in Edmonds and Jason in Everett. They decided to create a hybrid real estate office that focused on the principles, values, and strategies that they thought were most important to people in the Pacific Northwest.
