I work with clients to understand what they are looking for in an agent, find great matches from the thousands of available agents, then I negotiate the commission rate on the client's behalf to make sure they are not paying more than they should. I only take a 10% referral fee from the agent, which is far less than matching sites like Realtor.com, Homelight, UpNest, etc., which typically charge 35%. The lower referral fee means I can get clients the absolute best deal on the commission charged by their agent. The agent matching part of my business is called Cupid (Cupid.homes).
I also act as an agent myself, focusing most on experienced buyers who know what they want, plan to do much of the work themselves, and don't want to overpay for services they don't need.
