I have cleaned and maintained roof's & gutters as a licensed contractor myself since 1984. I am licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, Bonded and Insured. Many roof cleaners are not licensed with the CCB and therefore are not supposed to perform roof repairs. Due to the cleaning solution cost had I had people working for me I would have had to charge more than what I do now.
