About

After years of working with students of various backgrounds, ages, and experience levels, I try to keep things simple and direct. At the same time, I also tailor each sessions lesson plan to the individuals participating in that lesson. From day 1, my students are taught something they can use in a live scenario, despite previous abilities, or lack thereof. When I was younger I had the great privilege of training with Dan Inosanto, as well as Taky Kimura who are the only two living representatives of Jeet Kune Do to be personally certified by Bruce Lee. And more recently, Taky Kimura's son, as well as Bruce's Godson Andy Kimura. Since then I've found helping people learn to protect themselves, and passing my personal experiences along to others to be very personally rewarding in ways which are hard to explain in words.
