I am an Exercise Science graduate from American Military University, offering personal training and martial arts instruction with a focus on helping you reach your full potential. I am passionate about fitness and martial arts, and specialize in general fitness, weight loss, and performance enhancement. I offer the flexibility of both in-person and virtual personal training.
My martial arts programs provide comprehensive training in traditional disciplines, self-defense, and kickboxing, with each session lasting one hour.
o Traditional Martial Arts: Through Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Shaolin Staff, and Filipino Stick Fighting, you'll not only learn valuable skills but also connect with rich traditions, improve your fitness, boost your confidence, and have the opportunity to compete.
o Kickboxing: I offer two kickboxing options: Traditional Kickboxing and Sanda. My Sanda program is a dynamic, fast-paced combat sport (China's sport martial art) that combines striking and throws for a high-intensity workout. Sanda is ideal for getting into top shape, competitive training, and offers a path to instructor certification and Amalgam Martial Arts Academy affiliation.
