Real kickboxing will get you fit, but fitness kickboxing can’t teach you how to fight.
I’m a firm believer in providing the complete package. 23 years of experience both inside and outside of the ring as a fighter and coach has given me the tools needed to provide my students and clients with training that will meet their needs and then some. I’m not good with children I’m GREAT with children! My children class starts as young as 4 years old.
Strength, conditioning, weight loss, and self defense are what I bring to the table.
The gym I work from is located Brighton Beach. However if you want to train outdoors, or have a gym where you reside I am more than willing to travel anywhere in Brooklyn or lower Manhattan.
At this time I am only accepting clients for morning or early afternoon. Also I’m not pro or Anti Vaccination but I am fully vaccinated and can provide proof upon request.
