I've been doing martial arts since I was 12 starting with Taekwondo and transitioning into MMA and boxing at 19. At 31, I've now competed in tournaments in taekwondo and golden gloves for boxing, winning multiple first-place trophies. I also have my bachelors in Kinesiology and Doctorate in the Chiropractic field. I started this business due to my passion for coaching boxing with a heavy focus on technique. You'll definitely get in shape but also have a skill that can transfer to the real world. I look forward to meeting yall!
