I'm Elle, a jiu jitsu athlete, competitor, and instructor. I am a 2023 Nogi World Champion and a Master Worlds Silver Medalist in the Gi. I love how this sport allows me to problem solve and challenge myself physically and mentally. This is my passion and I enjoy sharing its technical beauty and also the mental fortitude that can be cultivated through learning this martial art. The lessons I teach can be valuable to anyone from any walk of life; from kids to college students to moms/dads, professionals & group sessions of all ages & genders.
