I am a Certified Reiki Master and a Certified Holistic Life Coach. My goal is to help my clients heal and grow through balancing the mind, body, and soul. Clients come to me when they are going through a transitional point in their life, if they are wanting to remove blockages that are preventing them from moving forward, if they want to help bring their body back into balance, or a combination of all of the above.

With my training and background of metaphysical studies I can assist you in becoming healthier, feeling more confident and empowered, and accomplishing any goal you have in mind. I assist you in seeing the inner strength and capability that already is within you! Coaching sessions are also available by phone or video chat!
I LOVE what I do. Helping people and healing people is my passion. It gives me great joy when I help someone achieve their goals in life or provide Reiki healing to help them feel better in their emotional and physical body. We all deserve to be happy and healthy, and to be able to assist in that journey for others is a blessing and something I am very grateful to be in the position to do. I love the interaction with people, and seeing them walk away smiling and feeling strong.
