Perceiving things through the spiritual context can also be helpful in making massive shifts. I work with my clients to help them become more aware and deepen into their authentic selves. I have specific experience supporting people as they navigate awakenings and shadow work, and with relationship issues.

A natural intuitive, I have a M.A. in Spiritual Psychology have studied Yoga in NYC and SF, and completed my 200H YTT at the Vida Asana School of Yoga and Costa Rica, and have trained in a variety of mediation and energy healing practices, including Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) at Stanford University.
