Hello friends! My name is Marlina Garcia and I am a Certified Integrative Nutritionist and Health Coach.
Since I was a child, I knew that I was on this Earth to help others. My life experiences have aligned with that knowledge and because of them, I have had the privilege of helping so many beautiful people on their Healing Journeys.
You might be ready to start your own Healing Journey if you’ve been feeling exhausted with your life, you’re tired of being so sick and tired, you just want to feel happy; you know there is more to life, you want to start eating better, maybe even exercising but you can’t, or you don’t know where to start. A Healing Journey is a matter of consciously choosing to go within yourself, confronting the behaviors and beliefs that need confronting (these are usually formed in childhood), and learning to live from a space of awareness and intent. This choice gives you the freedom to live your life as the person you were created to be.
I guide you in unlearning these beliefs and programming that have been formed through your life experiences/trauma, and help guide you to your True Self, or your Highest Self- the You that is limitless in their abilities, the You that is living their life from a space of genuine love, peace, and joy.
My coaching is supported through a curriculum, created by me, in which you are in the driver’s seat. All of the knowledge you need, everything you need to heal and live a life of joy and love, is already within you. I simply teach you how to access that knowledge and then coach you, using my curriculum as a guide, in embodying that knowledge in your everyday life.
Here are some examples of ‘survival-living’:
o You feel deeply angry, sad, and/or hopeless
o You can be described as pessimistic or cynical
o You are exhausted, not just physically
o You have a difficult time resting or you zone out completely
o You don’t have healthy relationships
o You battle chronic illness and/or chronic pain
o You don’t find much joy in life
o You make jokes to cover up your true emotional state
o You have low-self esteem
o You often wish you had made different choices
o You make choices based on if you’ll receive outside validation (this one could be subconscious)
o You become defensive when someone points out something that you did (this one could be subconscious)
My style of coaching gives you a safe container to explore the parts of you that need Your Highest attention, a space where there is no judgement, just unconditional support on your Healing Journey.
Through breathwork, nourishing our bodies, moving our bodies, and connecting within a healthy container, we can change the course of our lives and our family’s lives, while simultaneously healing our ancestors.
