INTRODUCTION:
If you are reading this, then life brought us to this moment together. Everything I have studied and learned on my journey, I offer in service to you and your becoming.
We all have different aspects of our psyche that long to be seen, healed, and re-integrated back into ourselves. These are commonly known as our “inner children” that have gone into exile, split off from our hearts after trauma. Or they are one of the myriad conditioned identity patterns that show up to manage or suppress us in order to protect us. Understanding these exiled “selves” and tending to them from our True Nature, which is innately sovereign and free, is essential for our growth and fulfillment.
My deeply intuitive consultations get “underneath” an issue to the unconscious patterns and beliefs that keep us repeating the past, trapped in fear, stuck in stagnation, unable to manifest, and limit our progress. When those unconscious patterns and beliefs are brought to light, they can be embraced with understanding and acceptance so that healing and integration can take root. Then the growth and forward momentum we long for can resume.
My practice and methods are based on my fifteen-year-long personal study of and training in alternative methods of psychological development (including awareness work, transpersonal psychology, Jungian analysis, cutting edge gestalt work, somatic therapy, art therapy, mythological archetypes of the psyche), and my personal learning from years of establishment therapists and therapies. This is combined with my decade+ exploration of and experience with alternative and eastern philosophy and spirituality, including Buddhism, enlightenment/non-duality awakening, indigenous and entheogenic plant medicine, sacred femininity, Tantra, and Tarot and oracle work.
I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching and I am a natural teacher/guide of all that I study.
GUIDANCE SESSIONS:
Life presents challenges for us all. Often, we feel alone navigating those challenges. We may have an inkling that we have a True Nature that is sovereign and free, and capable of Inner Guidance, but we were never taught how to access it, how to listen for it, and how to heed its Voice. I have been doing this work for myself for more than fifteen years, and I am prepared to guide my client’s in doing the same. Most of the time, what we think is happening, is not necessarily what is happening at the level of Core Truth. For example, if you are fighting with your partner about how to load the dishwasher, the dishwasher isn't really the issue. There is something going on underneath…a pattern of relating between two exiled aspects of self that are having trouble seeing each other beyond their patterns and projections. I help clients look at the pattern and read what’s really going on. So they can respond with aligned, empowered action.
TAROT SESSIONS:
I have been reading Tarot for fifteen years. My readings surface patterns, energies or beliefs that may be hidden, operating on the unconscious level, so they may be embraced and integrated. To me, the Tarot is a useful lens through which we can look at our issues and challenges and gain a greater understanding of what is presenting for us to heal, transform, or transcend. The Tarot speaks to us in age-old human archetypes, and when we can locate these archetypes within ourselves, we begin to see our lives in a much larger, much less personal, context. We have fresh eyes to see with, so to speak. I read from a deeply compassionate and empathic place and provide a safe container for my clients to explore and connect with their own inner guidance. When people connect with their innate inner guidance, clarity of vision and aligned action are possible.
CHANNELED MESSAGES:
Channeled messages may come through in Tarot readings and sometimes during Guidance Sessions. They may be from loved ones (such as a greeting or a gift of loving healing), or from someone’s “team” of Guides. Messages from Guides often reframe a life situation from a higher (soul/spirit) perspective, they may provide guidance for navigating a particular phase of life, or they may serve a client’s growth and healing by bringing to light subconscious patterns that are asking for healing and integration. I do not charge extra for channeled messages. They occur when they occur in session and are a gift from Spirit.
PSYCHO DRAMA GESTALT:
I studied Psycho Drama and Gestalt with a master teacher and have an intuitive gift for Gestalt. Gestalt is an embodied practice that replicates the triggering event or challenging relational dynamic in real time. Guided by deep intuition and empathy, I work to illuminate how the triggered emotional/psychological pattern “lives” in the client’s energy field and body, and how it negatively impacts the client’s relationships or life progress. Then I use Gestalt techniques to shift my client’s perspective on the trigger or problematic relationship, so that my client is no longer “at the mercy” of the trigger/relationship. A helpful analogy is this: if talk therapy is the X-ray highlighting the issue, Gestalt is the surgery to correct it.
