To begin working with me I like to set up an initial call to discuss trips in further detail and to collect any additional information that may be needed for planning purposes. While I do not charge for my services (with some exceptions-see Q&A for details), as necessary a retainer deposit will be collected following our initial call before any trip planning is to take place. The retainer deposit will be applied toward the initial payment for your trip.
Throughout your vacation, I will prioritize your needs and act as your advocate. For example, in the event of a flight cancellation, I will handle all communication with the airline on your behalf.
