I am a solo handyman and renovator. I have been building and fixing things my entire life. Most of my recent experience involves renovating bathrooms and flips.
I do almost all of my work myself and do not subcontract out. This is beneficial because it allows me to ensure the quality of my work quality. The flip side is that I can't speed up a project by throwing people at the project. I work quickly and efficiently so your total cost should be quite reasonable.
I mostly work with friend and family. I try and treat customers like that and not just numbers.
