When I was a younger man (a few years past), I was exposed to a great deal of knowledge that included Leadership Development, Business Administration, Management and using Tech for your business, not against it. Since my involvement with companies from the start-up phase to the operating phase and everywhere in between, there has been one constant struggle. The owner is putting in over 80+ hours a week and it feels like nothing they do is relieving them of time.

It is true - being a business owner means that you will be sacrificing time. But not forever. Where a lot of businesses fail, is the foundation of the business. The end-to-end process, how to, getting the right key players on board and trusting your team to make the decisions. You start off being a business manager and you are expected to evolve into becoming a business owner. But how can you get there if you are always in the trenches putting in the work?

That's where I step in.

Since 2007 I started to develop programs that would take any business and make it more profitable all by making it more organized. Businesses fail in the aspect of company culture. You can't afford to fail in this arena nor can you afford to fail in innovating. If you aren't able to retain qualified, trained personnel, (you guessed it) your company will die too.

It's a harsh mistress that if you make the wrong decision, you forfeit the efficiency of your business. But fear not, that's why I'm here.
