We’re Sophia and Samara Brice, the co-founders of Eventure Talent Agency, a sister-run event staffing, event planning, and event design business built on experience, reliability, and great energy. Full Planning

Base rate: $1,200 (covers up to 75 guests)

Additional guests: +$23 per every 5 guests above 75

Example: 100 guests = $1,315

Partial Planning

Base rate: $600 (up to 75 guests)

Additional guests: +$23 per every 5 guests above 75

Day-Of Coordination

Base rate: $500

Pricing adjusts based on guest count, event complexity, venue size, and setup time

Base fee: $400 (covers the team assigned)

If travel is required that exceeds 75 miles ferry fees/train tickets or flat $50 charge will be added for each staff member.

For large events requiring group transport, clients will be billed for bus/van rental.
