Surface Theory LLC comes equipped with all the necessary licenses and insurance required by the state of Texas to provide contracting services in the wallcovering industry. We are currently a member of the Wallcovering Installers Association (WIA).
With textured walls, your budget should allow for resurfacing for a professional installation. Surface Theory warrants all materials applied and installed to standards according to the manufacturer's specifications, or above quality. Installation is warranted for a period of two (2) years. Please note that all wallcovering manufacturers require walls to be properly prepared and smoothed to a "Level 5" for them to warrant their products. This matters! If there is any texture, seams won't come together and lock in, exposing the paper's edges, which can later lead to the seams lifting. Hanging paper over textured walls also shortens the life of the paper, and aesthetically, the texture will show through, altering the intended outcome.
*Peel and Stick:
Due to the inherent design of the adhesive application of peel-and-stick, installation cannot be guaranteed therefore, I do not* install peel-and-stick.
