If you are a property manager or landlord and cannot be onsite, we can inspect, take photos and send to you. Documents will be signed via DocuSign whilst payment can be made by credit cards via Quickbooks payment link using an invoice we will send to you. Before, during mitigation and after mitigation photos will be sent to you along with moisture drying report.
