Jaimee Hinman is an award winning Special Event Planner and Designer as well as a Licensed and Ordained Minister for over 20 years. Having officiated and designed hundreds of weddings all throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California, Jaimee now lives and serves the Greater Houston, Katy, and Sugar Land areas as well as destination weddings all throughout Texas and the Gulf of Mexico.
Jaimee is a Non-Denominational Minister who performs both traditional and modern ceremonies that are thoughtfully designed to include elements that demonstrate the couple’s values, customs, personalities and sentiments. Her delivery is warm and sincere whether the couple chooses to have a more lighthearted and joyful ceremony or one that is reverential, spiritual, and deeply sentimental. Whatever the desire, Jaimee works personally with each couple to skillfully personalize the picture-perfect ceremony of each couple’s dreams.

"The best advice I've offered for couples is that even if they choose not to write their own vows and just 'want to get it over with' because public speaking makes them nervous or they're afraid of losing their composure, I show them the value of choosing and customizing even the most standard vows so it makes the moment personal and unique. It's too important of such a major life milestone to miss the opportunity to say what they feel in their hearts when emotions or fear could stifle the moment for the sake of 'making it official' because it's what's more important to them at the time. This helps to avoid regret and I've worked with hundreds of couples either together choosing the right standard vows or individually coaching the bride and groom to pen the words from their hearts. Whether they read the vows themselves or recite the vows after me to help alleviate their nerves, they walk away from the moment grateful they were given a chance to express their feelings no matter the length or familiarity of their relationship or if it's a vow renewal after 20+ years of marriage."
Experience
Jaimee Hinman is a third generation wedding and event planner and floral designer for over 20 years. She is a licensed and ordained minister since 2012 and officiated hundreds of weddings of all shapes and sizes from both intimate ceremonies or large weddings to elopements in beautiful destinations to wild and fun elopement excursions. Jaimee has a Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Leadership with a focus in Communications and Musical Performance and Composition. Previous careers have developed a lifelong passion for serving others that has included 25+ years experience in the hospitality and customer service industries, technology, technical recruiting, music performance and public speaking, hosting a radio show, and dedicated thousands of hours to volunteer community service and becoming a special needs advocate.
