I have a passion for helping others. I was a mental health therapist for ten years, where I owned my own office and had seven counselors under my supervision. I have now transitioned to life coaching due to the flexibility of seeing clients from all over the world. I have a masters degree in mental health and use that combined with my coaching and experience to help clients reach their greatest potential.
I aim to help clients in achieving their goals, replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts, and graduate to live out their lives to be the best versions of themselves. I also assist couples in rebuilding their marriage or relationship to have better trust and communication
As a wedding officiant/pastor, I appreciate the opportunity to not only help couples achieve their dreams on that special day, but also to equip them with the skills to make their marriages last through premarital coaching.
