Rev. Dr. Libby is Licensed and has been serving Michigan, Ohio and Florida for 25 Years.
Rev. Libby began his career as a social worker, then became a minister working with the youth in the inner city of Detroit. He has been a Pastor for the past 25 years. He is presently a highly sought after guest speaker at events, and churches.
It was while serving as a youth pastor that he first started performing weddings. He enjoyed this aspect of the position so much that he; continued performing weddings during his terms. He feels that performing weddings has enabled him to maintain a cheerful and optimistic outlook despite presiding over some of the most serious life crisis that people encounter.
Rev. Libby has earned a reputation that extends beyond Michigan and Ohio for his excellent service as a wedding officiator. He has traveled as far as Florida to perform weddings and regularly to other cities. In Toledo, Detroit, Traverse City, and Ann Arbor, it is not uncommon for couples to contact him more than a year in advance of their wedding to get on his calendar.
There are few days in a person's life as important as their wedding day and he strives to make it memorable. This is the reason that once Rev Libby performs a wedding for a couple, if the couple has siblings who are unmarried, they almost always Rev. Libby to perform their ceremonies if they choose to wed.
If there is one word, the sums up his view on performing weddings it is "flexibility." Every couple is unique and every wedding is special and different. He enjoys meeting with couples and getting to know them to better enable him to assist them in having the perfect wedding. While he utilizes his vast experience in making suggestions to brides and grooms on aspects of the ceremony; the final decisions are always the couple's.
He strongly encourages couples to write their own ceremonies and vows and provides them with the materials and guidance to make it an enjoyable experience. Rev. Libby is renowned for his ability to reduce the stress and worry that is inherent with most weddings. He is, in every sense of the word, a professional.

I am a Christian who minister God's Love, truth and grace to all. My goal is to help one encounter new perspectives (new ideas to reflect on) which results in seeing yourself the way God sees you (your new reflection).
