Save time and money getting your will and other estate planning documents created by me. Most of the wills I create cost only $500 ($750 for a couple). Powers of attorney cost $225. An Estate Planning Package that includes a will, power of attorney, medical power of attorney, living will and HIPAA authorization usually cost only $750 ($1150 for a couple). Most of this can be done online and over the phone. If needed I can meet with you at my office or make house calls in the Austin area for only an extra $300 per meeting. To probate a will that was written and signed properly and doesn't involve any contested problems between the beneficiaries or creditors costs only $3000 plus $700 court and newspaper advertisement fees.
