It is not necessary to meet personally. Everything can be handled online and via phone, text, email and through the Post Office with payment secured via Paypal or Venmo. I adapt the required documents to meet specifications for each state in the United States.

I specialize in setting up businesses entities (all forms of corporations, including annual resolutions, LLCs, partnerships, etc.), estate planning including preparing wills, trust, deeds, and power of attorney forms. I do not prepare any divorce or custody paperwork. I can not and do not give legal advice.
