My main practice areas:
-Drafting of estate planning documents (Last Will & Testament, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directive, Authorization to Physicians)
-Probate (legal estate administration) of a loved one's estate when you are designated as their personal representative (AKA executor)
I am passionate about estate planning because I know people work hard for the assets they have and I want to walk alongside you in making sure those assets are protected and distributed in a way that aligns with your values. I approach estate planning from a holistic perspective, and I promise to take the time to understand you, your values, and your unique family situation so I can craft your estate planning documents in a way that brings all those areas together and gives voice to your values.
Talking about issues related to your eventual passing, or the recent passing of a loved one, can be incredibly emotional. I take the time to walk through these issues with you and provide a comfortable space in which to do so.

I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received two boosters. I am happy to wear a mask during our meetings. In addition, I offer virtual video and phone call meetings if you prefer not to meet in person.
