Written keepsakes may be delivered in person during a special occasion musical performance, sent electronically for client printing/framing, or printed and sent via mail/parcel carrier.
Songs may be presented live, in person, during a special occasion musical performance, delivered electronically as an MP3 live (non-studio) recording, or an MP4 video (non-studio) enhanced with images and/or lyrics.
Visual designs, including graphic art and other images, page borders, theme colors, and document layouts, may be included.

I take a personal approach to every project as no two projects are alike. Whether assisting a person with advertising copy, a resume, articles, or poetry/lyrics and music, everyone has their own special desires and needs. People are different, with different emotions, responses, and backgrounds. I take the time to understand my clients and assure that they are happy with the service before, during, and after the process is complete. I make adjustments and accommodations as needed for satisfying results.

Because I am often booked directly off lead platforms, I only answer leads where I have an opening and feel I may be a close fit. My event calendar is on my official website. Often, there are many more details we need to know before either of us can commit. It's difficult to throw out a quote if I don't know essentials of your project (like scope, purpose, style, timeline, intended recipient, etc.) I don't charge for conversation (even if we decide not to work together). I am selective about leads I respond to.
I maintain a 4.98 (of 5 star) average in written customer reviews accross platforms. (Many of my satisfied clients, just hire me back on a regular basis instead of writing reviews.)
By far, learning about different people and coming up with all sorts of creative ways to express what my clients need in writing and music, is the most fun aspect of this work.
